  BEWARE!!!! James and his crew did a horrible job installing a tub and tub surround. I cannot have the drywall around it replaced because it it was done so poorly. I now have to pay someone else to remove it and install correctly. Although I don't want to pay for someone else to do a job that should already be completed, I do not trust James Taylor to come out to correct his errors.

  Today was my second house call and hydrostatic plumbing did not disappoint!! Our hot water heater went out last night... We called them up today and they fit us right in. Highly professional and we had a working hot water tank up and running in less than 2 hours (my husband had already drained the tank.) They are great for small needs too. Our last house call our sump pump went out and our bathroom sink was slow to drain (lucky us.) He replaced the sump and cleared our drain that was full of sludge. He was very knowledgeable about how to keep it clear. Professional, on time, and great prices. We plan on using them for all of our plumbing needs! Update: 12/20/17 We had a shower leak that was going down one of walls into the basement. James came out quickly as promised. He worked fast and efficiently. He even gave us some suggestions how to protect our home in case of a plumbing leak. He really shows you how he cares about you and your home! We will continue to use hydrostatic plumbing for all of our needs!
